Community Climate Action Grant 2025

The 2025 Community Climate Action Funding is opening soon. The programme run by local councils awards 100% grant funding to not for profit organisations such as charities and sports clubs to carry out climate action projects.

This is an amazing opportunity for charities, clubs and other community organisations to reduce their energy costs while enhancing the environment and all without needing to fundraise.

A good place to start is by getting an energy audit carried out to identify energy saving climate action measures that can then be put forward for funding. Measures include;

Solar PV

Insulation

LED lighting

Energy efficient windows and doors

Energy Monitoring

Water Fountains

Pollinator projects

EV chargers

Rain water harvesting
